1. About us
mavenuk.store is run by MavenUK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15314853, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Email ryan@mavenuk.store, WhatsApp +44 7504 817313. MavenUK Limited was previously named SoleTurnUK Limited.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on mavenuk.store and to your use of the site. Please read them with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. Our products
We sell authentic pre-owned and brand new designer clothing and footwear, mainly Canada Goose. Most items are one-offs. Pre-owned items are graded out of 10 and every mark we find is shown in the photos and description. The photos show the exact item you will receive. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
4. Authenticity guarantee
Every item is checked by hand before it is listed. If any item you buy from us is found not to be authentic, we will give you a full refund plus £100. To claim, contact us with your order number and the evidence that the item is not genuine.
5. Prices and RRP
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged at checkout. Where we show an RRP, it is the brand's UK retail price for that model when the item was listed, so you can see how much you save. We check prices carefully, but if an item is clearly mispriced we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
6. Your order
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch email. We may decline an order, for example if an item has already sold or we cannot verify payment, and if we do we will refund you in full.
7. Payment
We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Clearpay. Clearpay is subject to eligibility and Clearpay's own terms. All payments are taken through our secure checkout. We never ask for payment by bank transfer.
8. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and times are set out in our Shipping policy. The item is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns are covered by our Refund policy. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, your legal rights apply in addition to that policy.
10. Selling, sourcing and part exchange
If you sell us an item, we will make an offer once we have checked it. The sale completes when we confirm the item is authentic and as described, and we pay you by the method agreed. If an item fails our checks, we return it to you. When we source an item for you, we send a quote and you pay through our checkout. Part-exchange values are confirmed in writing before they are applied to an order.
11. Brands and trademarks
MavenUK is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Canada Goose, Moncler or any other brand we sell. Brand names are used only to describe the genuine products we sell.
12. Using our site
You must not misuse the site, copy its content for commercial use, or try to interfere with how it works. All content on the site, including photos and text, belongs to us or is used with permission.
13. Our liability
If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or strikes. We will contact you as soon as possible if this affects your order.
15. Your information
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you place it.
17. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at ryan@mavenuk.store and we will do our best to resolve it.
