Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Every order is sent tracked from the UK and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched.
UK delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.50, 2 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £7.50, next working day after dispatch
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: £13.50, next working day by 1pm, signed for
International delivery
We ship to 18 countries: the UK plus the 17 countries below.
- Europe, £19.95, 2 to 11 working days after dispatch: Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden
- Rest of world, £29.95, 3 to 17 working days after dispatch: Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United States
Import duties and taxes
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties and local taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
Delivery times
Delivery times are the carrier's estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed, except for Special Delivery, which Royal Mail guarantees by 1pm on the next working day.
Address details
Please check your delivery address before you order. If you need to change it, message us straight away on WhatsApp (+44 7504 817313) or email ryan@mavenuk.store. We can only change it before your order is dispatched.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will raise it with the carrier and put it right.
